Please note that perfumes can only be returned if they are unopened and unused . For hygienic and legal reasons, opened or used fragrance products cannot be returned.

For sustainability reasons, we do not offer free returns . You will receive an email confirmation after we receive your return. The refund will be issued via the original payment method and may take up to 7 days . Further information can be found in our cancellation policy .
