Order

1) How can I pay for my order?

You can conveniently pay for your order via PayPal , Klarna (invoice with 30-day payment terms) , instant bank transfer via Klarna , or by credit card (American Express, Maestro, Mastercard, Visa).

All payments are processed securely and encrypted.

2) I did not receive an order confirmation by email.

In some cases, the order confirmation may be automatically placed in your spam or junk mail folder. Please check there first.

If you have not received an order confirmation, please contact us via the contact form . We will resend the confirmation to you immediately.

3) Can I still change or cancel my order?

Since we process orders as quickly as possible, subsequent changes or cancellations are unfortunately not always possible.

In this case, please contact our customer service immediately using the contact form . We will gladly check what other options are available.

Shipment

4) How long does shipping take?

The delivery time of your order may depend on various factors, including the time of order placement and public holidays.

The current delivery time is 2–5 working days .

We make every effort to reliably meet our delivery times and deliver to you promptly.

5) Where can I find my tracking number?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email. This email will contain your tracking number and a link to track your shipment.

6) There was no invoice included in the package?

To conserve resources, we do not include printed invoices in the package.

You will of course receive your invoice digitally via email .

7) I would like to return my goods. What do I need to do?

Returns are possible within 14 days of receiving the goods, in accordance with our cancellation policy .

Please note that perfumes can only be returned if they are unopened and unused .

Fragrances

8) Who are ASABI fragrances suitable for?

Our fragrances are designed for people who appreciate clear compositions and timeless elegance. Most of our creations are intentionally unisex and unfold their effect individually on the skin.

9) How long does the fragrance last on the skin?

Our Eau de Parfums are designed for a long-lasting presence. Depending on skin type and fragrance composition, they can last for several hours.

10) How should perfume be applied correctly?

For an optimal fragrance experience, we recommend applying perfume to warm areas of skin such as the neck, wrists, or behind the ears. Avoid rubbing the fragrance in after application.
